VRAMKAH General Terms and Conditions of Sale E-commerce Website – Sales to Individuals (B2C) Version effective as of June 9, 2026
Article 1 – Identification of the Seller This e-commerce website is operated by the company Vramkah, whose registered office is located at 71 impasse Charles Cros, Lignan-sur-Orb, France. Article 2 – Purpose and Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products made by Vramkah to its individual customers (non-professional natural persons) via the website https://vramkah.fr. Vramkah markets self-manufactured license plate holders and frames for cars and motorcycles. Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract (to be of legal age and not under guardianship).
Article 3 – Creation of a Customer Account To place an order on the site, the customer must create a personal account by providing the following information: – First and last name – Valid e-mail address – Phone number – Secure password – Delivery address The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. They are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. In the event of loss or compromise of their credentials, the customer must inform Vramkah without delay at info@vramkah.fr. Vramkah cannot be held liable for the fraudulent use of a customer's account. Vramkah reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the event of fraudulent, abusive use, or use contrary to these GTC.
Article 4 – Products The products offered for sale are those described on the site at the time of consultation by the customer. The photographs and descriptions of the products are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. Slight color variations may exist depending on the display settings of the customer's device. Vramkah guarantees that its products comply with applicable French and European legislation, particularly regarding road safety for license plate holders.
Article 5 – Prices The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise indicated. Delivery costs are indicated separately, prior to the validation of the order. Vramkah reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation. In the event of a manifest pricing error (an absurdly low/high price), Vramkah reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the customer, who will then be fully refunded.
Article 6 – Order 6.1 Order Process The order follows these steps: – Selection of the product(s) and addition to the cart – Verification of the cart contents – Login or creation of a customer account – Entry or confirmation of the delivery address – Choice of delivery method – Verification of the order summary and acceptance of the GTC – Secure payment (double-click confirmation) – Order confirmation by e-mail
6.2 Order Confirmation The sale is deemed concluded upon validation of the payment. A summary confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer at the address provided during account creation. This e-mail serves as an acknowledgment of receipt but does not constitute an invoice.
6.3 Availability Product offers are valid subject to stock availability. In the event of a product being unavailable after the validation of the order, Vramkah will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a substitute product.
Article 7 – Payment Payment is made online at the time of the order, using the following methods: – Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) – PayPal – Any other payment method offered on the site Transactions are secured by the SSL protocol (encryption) and, where applicable, by 3D Secure authentication. Vramkah does not store any banking data on its servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS certified service providers. In the event of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order is automatically canceled and the customer is informed.
Article 8 – Delivery 8.1 Delivery Zones Vramkah delivers to Metropolitan France and to the countries indicated on the site. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
8.2 Delivery Times Indicative delivery times are communicated when choosing the carrier. If the announced delivery time is exceeded by more than 7 working days (excluding cases of force majeure), the customer may cancel their order and obtain a full refund.
8.3 Receipt and Verification Upon receipt, the customer is invited to check the condition of the package and the products. If any damage is noted, the customer must make explicit reservations with the carrier and contact Vramkah within 48 hours at info@vramkah.fr with supporting photos.
8.4 Transfer of Risk The transfer of ownership and risks takes effect upon delivery to the customer.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalty.
9.1 Modalities of Exercise To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision before the expiration of the 14-day period, by one of the following means: – By using the withdrawal form available on the site or annexed to these GTC – By e-mail to info@vramkah.fr – By mail to the address: Vramkah, 71 impasse Charles Cros, Lignan-sur-Orb, France
9.2 Return of the Product The customer must return the product in its original condition, complete, unused, and in its original packaging, within 14 days following their notification of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless Vramkah offers a prepaid return label.
9.3 Refund Vramkah will issue the refund within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the order.
9.4 Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or those custom-made according to the customer's specifications.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees 10.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity Vramkah is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to take action (Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code). The customer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, subject to legal conditions.
10.2 Guarantee against Hidden Defects The customer benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code) for a period of 2 years from the discovery of the defect. They may choose between the cancellation of the sale or a price reduction.
Article 11 – Liability Vramkah cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or unintended use. Vramkah cannot be held liable for indirect, immaterial, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products. In any event, Vramkah's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 12 – Personal Data (GDPR) Personal data collected during account creation and orders (name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment data) are processed by Vramkah as the data controller, for the following purposes: – Management of orders and customer accounts – Delivery of products – Customer relations and after-sales service – Sending commercial communications (with the customer's consent) Data is kept for the time necessary to execute the contract and, beyond that, for the applicable legal retention periods. It is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), the customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of their data, by writing to info@vramkah.fr. Article 13 – Intellectual Property All elements of the vramkah.fr site (texts, images, logos, mock-ups, visuals, personalized products) are the exclusive property of Vramkah or its partners, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, whether partial or total, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Vramkah, is strictly prohibited.
Article 14 – Mediation and Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute related to an order, the customer is invited to first contact Vramkah's customer service (info@vramkah.fr) to find an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement within 30 days, the customer may resort to an approved consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. The customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing mediation, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the defendant's place of residence, unless otherwise provided by law.
Article 15 – Applicable Law These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the language of the proceedings shall be French.
Article 16 – Modification of the GTC Vramkah reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new GTC are applicable as soon as they are published online. For pending orders, the applicable GTC are those in effect at the time of order validation.
