You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return a product without reason.
Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in original packaging.
- Personalized products (engraved, with logo) cannot be returned.
Procedure
- Contact us at info@vramkah.fr within 14 days.
- Return the product (shipping costs may apply).
- Refund issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
